Every engagement starts with a free audit: a written assessment of your current situation and what would actually help. From there I propose a scope and a price that fit the work in front of us.
Some clients need a one-off project: a website built, a system set up, a team trained. Others prefer ongoing monthly support with a fixed rhythm of work. Both are fine, and after the audit I will tell you which one your situation warrants.
One-off projects typically run between €500 and €3,000 depending on scope. Monthly retainers start from €400. Advisory and fractional CTO engagements are quoted individually.
